From the crown of the mountains
to the hush of the hidden valleys,
His love sustains, His mercies flow,
His voice seeps deep through every crack,
They touch the heart, they break the stone,
Even Pharaoh’s hardened heart was overthrown.
Amid the plans that mankind may frame,
His purpose stands firm, unmoved, unchanged.
If He wills to draw you closer each day,
Your will, finds its course in His sovereign way,
Surrounded, upheld by His perfect design.
