One day I was chilling in the Wilderness living my own sweet life, my friends were also there
camping with me, we havent seen other people (except our parents) in a long time, then a man
who was clothed in white happened to croos our camp.
I am a early bird so I wake up before anyone, even the rooster is no match for me, this man saw me, I tried to not make eye-contact cuz my parents told me not to talk to strangers, but this man… he didnt feel like a stranger, He asked me, “Where are your parents kid?” Now this is where I got nervous cuz i have never been in a conversation with someone else, I told him they are sleeping, But out of curiosity I asked him, “Who are you?” He told me he is Jesus!!
Now I am a Christian, close friends with John the Baptist, he even baptized me, and John told about his cousin Jesus, I didn’t believe he was the Messiah, but then something came inside me, there is no harm in trusting this man, if he is lying he will suffer a great punishment, so once all of us woke up the next morning, Jesus was… Praying? I dont know, We journeyed with him throughout the wilderness, Jesus said he will go pray to the father..,
Now we go to John’s house for food and all, the reason we live in the wilderness is because nobody had space for all of us, but this Jesus dude, he has been fasting, I was like cool, maybe I should try fasting and praying (I thought the limit of fasting was 3 days) Then only I realized this Jesus fasted for…. FORTY DAYS!!! 40 DAYSS!!!! I MEAN HOWWWW!
I mean he is the Son of God so he can do anything, but still, wait a minute, is that… Satan tempting our Jesus, OH WELL NAH! Jesus I am coming to save you, ummmmmmm never mind, that thing is way to high, after sometime, Jesus came down and said he was tempted and all and he defeated Satan with… THE WORD OF GOD?
read the bible and you will know better, Jesus and me walked a long way, he taught me the scriptures, Jesus camped with us for a long time, his presence was really good, and that was my “DAY” (more
like 3 months) with Jesus in the wilderness…
